Official Rules & Regulations
Who Can Enter
- Nebraska and Kansas residents who are 16 years-old or older with a valid driver’s license.
- One entry per person (eligible for each drawing, do not have to reenter every week).
- No purchase necessary.
- Winner does not have to be present to win.
- Employees of Tom Dinsdale Automotive and their family members are ineligible to participate in contest.
How to Enter
- All contestants need to “Like” Tom Dinsdale Automotive on Facebook.
- Complete entry form with required information includes: name, email address and phone number.
- Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries per week.
- Tom Dinsdale Automotive will verify that the entrant has “Liked” Tom Dinsdale Automotive.
When to Enter
- One winner per week.
- Entry deadline is Friday at noon each week.
- Entries after Friday noon are eligible for the prize drawing the following week.
- Winner is randomly drawn from all entries per week.
- Contest will run from Nov. 4, 2011 – December 30, 2011
Prize Packages Include
- One free oil change and assorted tailgating items including: grilling tool set, coolers, koozies, fold-up bag chairs, blankets and stadium seats.
- Prize packages will vary week-to-week.
- Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or exchanged for other merchandise.
- Tom Dinsdale Automotive reserves the right to substitute prizes based on availability.
Winner Notification
- Winner will be notified by phone and on the Tom Dinsdale Automotive Facebook wall.
- Prizes must be picked up at the Tom Dinsdale Automotive dealership at 3312 West Stolley Park Road, Grand Island.
- Winner has 30 days to pick up their prize package.
- Winner must present photo i.d. to collect prize.
- By entering, contestant gives permission for Tom Dinsdale Automotive to promote winner’s name in additional advertising avenues.
Additional Regulations
- Tom Dinsdale Automotive reserves the right to terminate the contest without prior notification.
- By providing your email address, contestants may receive occasional promotions from Tom Dinsdale Automotive.
- Contestant names, phone numbers and emails will not be forwarded or sold to other third parties.
